Description from the seller
Splendid and elegant set consisting of 6 artistic glass cups blown in glass, known in the most authentic Venetian tradition as the "Goti de Fornasa." Historically, these glasses were created by master glassmakers inside the furnaces for their own personal use; each was made with different colors and motifs to allow each artisan to recognize his own glass during work.
Secoloventesimo proposes the LAGUNA series. These glasses are characterized by the famous decorative technique of the twisted ridged thread (spiraled canes): filaments of opal white glass fuse at high heat with the colored crystal, creating a dynamic and refined geometric spiral motif that wraps around the entire surface.
The glasses feature the typical flared and deliberately irregular shape, unmistakable sign of hand-made modeling and mouth-blown glass. They are not mass-produced industrial products, but authentic Italian artistic craftsmanship.
Including the original box, perfect for a luxury gift or to safely store the set.
A damage-proof packaging and insured shipping are guaranteed.
Secoloventesimo always guarantees free replacement in case of accidental breakage.
Seller's Story
SECOLOVENTESIMO is an Italian artisanal company specializing in decorating glass and crystal objects with enamels, gold and platinum. We select shapes of goblets, vases and table objects from the best factories in Italy and Europe. We favor Bohemian crystal and ecological crystal, a fused crystal without added lead. This material can be used daily for food use without health risks.
Our vision rests on three cornerstones:
- "alta qualità" of raw materials, we use, for example, only pure 24-carat gold in the maximum possible dilution and literally "cooking" (baking) our products in an oven so they last over time without fading;
- "artigianalità, tutte le nostre opere di design sono eseguite a mano;
- "made in Italiy" because we want to value the work of our territory.
Finally, our creations always have a limited edition, because we want our buyers to be able to keep "piccoli tesori esclusivi".
Aware of the fragility of the products we offer, we ALWAYS guarantee free replacement in all cases of accidental breakage.
