Thonet - Gerd Lange - Armchair - Wood, Plastic - Flex 2000

Designed by Gerd Lange for Thonet in 1973, the Flex 2000 chairs combine moulded black polypropylene seat shells with a beechwood frame and rounded solid wood legs. This is an early production example, with the original factory date wheel indicating December 1978, and retains its original Thonet Flex / Gerd Lange identification label.
Good vintage condition with cosmetic wear consistent with their early production date and age.
