L' Acetaia Giuseppe Cattani presents its finest balsamic seasoning, aged 100 years.
It was drawn from the family's aging barrel collection, lovingly safeguarded by the progenitor Zefferino, great-great-grandfather who lived in 1860, and then handed down to us.
It is presented in an elegant glass ampoule bottle, available in a limited edition of 50 bottles.
Each bottle is numbered.
The stopper is sealed with sealing wax, and the elegant case contains a dropper pipette.

This balsamic, a gift and memory of a time past, gratifies even the most refined palates.
Its aroma is frank and rich with old perfumes and flavors, while its restrained acidity contributes to the sweet-sour balance that makes it particularly harmonious.
