Description from the seller

Complete Vintage Silver-Plated Cutlery Set, shell case by brand/distributor: Weisendanger.
Origin / Nationality: Germany (Swiss heritage)
Era: circa 1930 - 1950 (Art Deco / Post-War transition)

The cutlery set has been used over the years, but has always been very well cared for and shows no visible wear to the silvering. It presents the normal signs of use, oxidation and age expected in pieces of this age, as detailed in the photographs. It retains a very beautiful mirror shine, and has been stored individually in handmade protective felt pouches (included in the shipment as an extra for the buyer).

The blades of the knives, stamped "Inox", maintain their functional cutting capability and show the normal wear and handling marks illustrated in the photos. The photos are an integral part of the lot description.
