Description from the seller
The JVC TD-V562 is a high-quality 3-head cassette deck produced by the Japanese audio brand JVC between 1994 and 1997. Among audio enthusiasts, the model is known for its excellent price-performance ratio and features that, at the time, were often found only in higher-end models.
Direct drive and double capstan!
Key Features & Specifications
• 3-Head System: Equipped with separate heads for recording and playback (a combined rec/play head) and an erase head. This enables real-time monitoring, allowing you to listen to the result directly from the tape while recording.
• Stable Transport: The deck features a closed-loop dual-capstan mechanism with direct drive for one of the motors. This minimizes wow and flutter to a very low 0.035%.
• Manual Bias (Accubias): A manual control allows you to fine-tune the bias to the specific audio cassette being used, ensuring optimal recording quality.
• Noise Reduction: Equipped with Dolby B and C noise reduction and Dolby HX Pro for improved dynamic range in the high frequencies.
• Motorized Cassette Compartment: The cassette door opens and closes electronically and features a stabilizer that counteracts vibrations in the cassette housing.
