“Le Sentinelle” comes from a historic 2.5-hectare hillside vineyard in Magliano in Toscana, planted on tuffaceous and limestone-rich soils. This exceptional vineyard is closely linked to the history and development of Morellino di Scansano.
Produced from 85% Sangiovese (Morellino) and 15% Alicante, the wine undergoes traditional red vinification with extended skin maceration, followed by 20 months of ageing in French oak barriques and further refinement in the bottle.
An intense, structured and elegant Tuscan red wine, showing excellent complexity and balance. Rich and powerful on the palate, with well-integrated tannins, freshness and a long, persistent finish.
