Description
German pedal horse or children’s velocipede.
The horse is made of carved and painted wood and is mounted on an iron frame with metal spoked wheels and a pedal mechanism. It features a carved horse’s head, painted decorative details, a saddle and an original horsehair tail.
The piece shows signs of wear. including paint loss, surface wear and scratches to the wooden elements, oxidation to the metal parts and wear to the horsehair. These signs of age and use are visible in the photographs.
The pedal mechanism and wheels are present. Please carefully review all photographs for the overall condition and details of the object.
