AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Scarce mint Spy Stamp with original gum and perfin. Authenticity mark on gum side.

See the scans.
"During the war years, on behalf of the British Ministry of War, Waterlow and Sons Ltd. in London produced a counterfeit of the 1½ cent grey for the British Intelligence Service. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new PPWR regulation—which came into effect on August 12, 2026, and entails significant and far-reaching changes for businesses regarding shipments within the EU—I am suspending shipments to EU countries other than the Netherlands. Local pickup remains available at all times. I am still shipping to countries outside the EU for the time being. My apologies for the inconvenience.
