Description from the seller
FLOS BUTTON F3180009 – PIERO LISSONI – 2004
ORIGINAL VERSION – NEW OLD STOCK – FACTORY SEALED
A splendid example of Flos Button F3180009, designed by Piero Lissoni in 2004.
The specimen is offered in its original Flos packaging, never opened and still intact, preserved as originally packaged.
The Button is characterized by its essential circular form and the ability to be installed either on the wall or on the ceiling, turning a simple light source into a discreet and iconic architectural element.
THE ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION
This specimen belongs to the original configuration of the Button with circular fluorescent sources.
The so-called "circoline" lines are not a modification or later substitution: they represent the lighting technology envisaged for this original version of the model, with a 2GX13 holder, one 22W and one 40W.
Fluorescent technology is today less common than LED sources, but it is an integral part of the identity and production history of the Button from the first generation.
