AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
This fascinating crinoid freeform comes from Indonesia and is an extraordinary testament to ancient Earth's history. The bright, spiral- and star-shaped structures in the gray to olive-colored rock are fossilized remains of crinoids (sea lilies) that lived in the oceans millions of years ago. Through natural polishing, these fossils stand out impressively and give the piece a unique, almost artistic appearance.
Crinoid fossils are not only of great geological significance but are also regarded as stones of steadfastness and grounding. They connect us with the power and calm of nature and remind us of the eternal cycle of life.
This freeform is a one-of-a-kind collector's piece that impresses both as a decorative mineral object and as a spiritual symbol. A perfect companion for collectors, nature and fossil lovers who want to preserve the beauty and history of bygone worlds in their home.

Our shipping costs have been checked and accepted by Catawiki. We use an external shipping company that performs the final inspection, collection, packaging, and shipping; that is why these shipping costs are incurred. Sale is only as-is and with photographs or images (regardless of lighting conditions). No warranty, guarantee, defects liability, returns, etc... with no obligation. The buyer covers all potential import and export costs, customs duties, shipping costs, etc. See also our other items and save on shipping and pickup costs.
In some of the pictures the stone was backlit to show you the color of the stone. In some stones we held a light under the stone to better show the color of the pieces. This can lead to color deviations, etc., as every computer, monitor, and phone may display color qualities differently.
