Description from the seller
Welcome!
We present an elegant large decorative porcelain plate by Meissen, embellished with the refined Oriental motif Green Dragon (Grüner Drache).
The plate features at the center a majestic green dragon, richly detailed, surrounded by delicate ornamental motifs in green and orange, inspired by the eastern artistic tradition.
The dragon, a symbol of strength, power and prosperity in Asian culture, gives the object a particular decorative charm.
The contrast between the bright white of the porcelain, the deep green of the decorations, and the subtle gold rim creates an elegant and harmonious composition.
