Children, Fantasy and Illustrators - Postcard (150) - 1905-1935

Lot of 150 vintage postcards on the theme of childhood: tender or humorous scenes, games, little characters and photographic portraits, some colorized. The set includes cards by illustrators, notably Germaine Bouret, as well as Phyllis Purser, Fred Spurgin and Margaret Boriss. A varied selection, with captions in several languages, intended for collectors of old postcards and children's illustrations. Some cards are written and stamped; others are not. Condition varies by piece: signs of aging, worn corners, small stains or creases on some cards. Lot sold as is. The photographs allow appreciation of the subjects and the condition of the cards presented.
