Coffee set with cup and saucer “E-Li-Li” designed by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, accompanied by the sugar bowl Diana, designed by Mario Trimarchi, for Alessi.

Alessi’s coffee set, with the cup and saucer, seems to draw inspiration from floating sheets of paper or delicately folded metallic ribbons. The cup has an asymmetric shape and a vertical wing instead of the usual handle, allowing an original and comfortable grip. The saucer is rectangular with slightly raised edges, perfect also for resting a teaspoon or a chocolate. In excellent condition, used, with light signs of wear.

The facets of the espresso pot Ossidiana guided the designer in the conception of Diana, a sugar bowl that combines steel and plastic material. The black color and satin finish transform the object into a small mysterious sculpture, a clear homage to lava stone that inspires the entire collection. The surface, marked by a series of facets, is not only an aesthetic choice: it enhances the ergonomics of the object, following the shape of the hand to ensure a natural and secure grip during use.
