Description from the seller
Jim Shore Flintstones Collection - Christmas in Bedrock - Flintstones Sleigh Ride - Christmas in Bedrock, Sleigh Ride with the "Flintstones", Fred, Barney and Dino
The dreamily beautiful figures were created in the "Cottage Style" by master sculptor and painter JIM SHORE. His inspirations came from American Folk Art. Specifically for his Folk Art Collection "Heartwood Creek", Jim Shore was named "ARTIST OF THE YEAR" in 2004 by the National Association of Limited Edition Dealers.
The individual pieces are very lovingly crafted, faithful to detail, and lively. The originals were carved by Jim Shore. These figures also possess the look of a carved figure, as the originals were used for the mold shapes. These sculptures are therefore cast figures, hand-painted, each one a unique piece.
