Original Glashütte Limburg ceiling light, model A493, from the 1960s. This version features a solid brass ceiling plate and a heavy dome of pressed structured glass. The glass has a multilayer, crystal-like structure that diffusely spreads the light, giving a warm and atmospheric glow. A typical high-quality mid-century design from West Germany.

The original model label A493 is present (see photo), confirming authenticity and collectible value. This type of Limburg lamps is known for its robust glass, cast brass, and timeless form.
