Item Description
"ANDO: Complete Works" by Philip Jodidio, published by Taschen (2004). This is a large-format hardcover comprehensively covering the architecture of Tadao Ando (1941–). The book features an original hand-written signature and hand-drawn illustration by Tadao Ando, making it a truly rare copy of this title.
The signature and illustration are rendered in black marker on an interior page. The book contains numerous large-format photographs of architectural works. The text is in English, German, and French.
Works featured include: Row House in Sumiyoshi, Koshino House, Kidosaki House, Koshino-Shinoda House, Atelier in Oyodo II, House in Chicago, Manhattan Penthouse, Rokko Housing I–IV, Church of the Light and Sunday School, UNESCO Meditation Space, Japan Pavilion at Expo '92 Seville, Water Temple (Honpukuji), Nanzan Komyoji Temple, TIME'S I & II, Shiba Ryotaro Memorial Museum, Suntory Museum of Art, Nariwa Museum, and others.
