A generously sized jadeite pendant, hand-carved in relief with a decorative scrolled crown above a rounded plaque. The natural jadeite (Feicui) is a soft, pale light green — icy and translucent — brightened by patches of more vivid, saturated green that drift naturally through the stone, giving it lovely depth and movement when held to the light.
Across the face of the plaque, a long-tailed bird is carved perched on a tree branch, with a flower blossoming alongside it — a graceful, naturalistic scene worked in smooth relief against the polished ground. The sculpted scroll-work crowning the top frames the composition beautifully and gives the piece an elegant, classical finish.
Certified by the NGTC (National Gemstone Testing Centre) as natural Grade/Type A jadeite, the jade has undergone no impregnation, dyeing, or treatment of any kind — the colour and structure are entirely as nature formed them, with the characteristic fibrous interlocking texture that defines fine jade under magnification.
