Philips - Wall lamp - Steel - PHILIPS Wall Lamp

Balanced-arm adjustable lamp with a wooden handle. Very rare wall lamp produced by the famous Dutch company Philips in the late 1950s. The design, strongly influenced by the artistic direction of Luis Kalff, combines industrial aesthetics with the refinement of Nordic design. The lamp features a conical, black lacquered shade and an adjustable balancing arm with a teak wood terminal. The central joint with a butterfly knob allows the arm to slide and tilt freely. The authentic Philips logo from 1938 (shield with circle, stars, and waves) guarantees its absolute originality for the era. The photos accompany what has been described.
