Classic Leica M2 rangefinder camera in silver-chrome with black covering, equipped with a Leitz Summicron 50 mm f/2 rigid lens. Made in Germany.
Gegevens:
● Camera body: Leica M2.
● Serial number (body): 1132467.
● Year of manufacture (body): 1965.
● Lens: Leitz Wetzlar Summicron 1:2/50.
● Serial number (lens): 2116913.
Technical condition
The camera has been tested. The shutter speeds on the fast settings up to 1/15 second work well according to the check performed. The longer shutter speeds work less well and require inspection or maintenance.
The focusing at infinity works well. When focusing at short distances the focus deviates. Inspection and adjustment of the combination of camera and lens are therefore advisable.
