Offered is a gorgeous and extremely solidly built Leitz Leica Bellows II. Note: This concerns the later and highly sought-after "Red Badge" version. The red Leitz logo on this exemplar is not only an aesthetic feature, but indicates the factory modification by Leitz in which the rear has been modified. Whereas early variants only fit the Visoflex II, this coveted version with the red logo is fully compatible with both the Visoflex II and the larger Visoflex III. This makes the specimen extremely functional and cherished by both collectors and active macro photographers.
The unit is finished in the classic grey crinkle paint (hammer-tone finish). Thanks to the extremely precise rack-and-pinion adjustment, the distance can be set with millimeter precision.
