Sculptural lamp in solid oak, handcrafted.
The piece preserves a natural wood crack, stabilized by three walnut butterfly joints.
The organic curves and the traces of time converse with the softness of the oak to create an object with a singular presence, between contemporary sculpture and the spirit of wabi-sabi.
The lampshade is handmade from recycled-fiber paper mâché, offering a raw and mineral texture that contrasts with the softness of the wood. Its sober, organic form follows an approach inspired by the aesthetics of wabi-sabi, where imperfection becomes a source of beauty.
A unique creation, at the boundary between a functional object and contemporary sculpture.
