Pure woolen kilims with natural dyes from the province of Denizli in Western Turkey. The central field is filled with hexagons. In the hexagons there are alternately stars and wolf’s jaws depicted. The stars surround two symbols: the wish for unity and lasting togetherness, and yin-yang symbols, representing the complementary masculine and feminine energy. The wolf’s jaws symbolize protection against fate. On the upper and lower edges are connected triangles; again, a wish for unity and lasting togetherness.
