Cantina Odoardi is located in the mountainous part of Nocera Terinese, a town in the province of Catanzaro.
Here large vineyards develop, including Gagliocco, Magliocco, Greco Nero, and Nerello Mascalese.
These vines, cultivated with 10,000 vines per hectare, give life to fantastic products. Placed on soils that are chalky, clayey and calcareous, they cause these vines, during vinification, to develop aromas of forest fruits and raspberry. Their maturation then continues for 12 months in new oak barriques. This aging gives them a flavor of red, ripe plum with notes of roasted hazelnuts.
