Scrittoio in stile Direttorio con piano decorato e cinque cassetti - L’eleganza dello studio classico - Writing desk - Wood

French Directoire-Style Writing Desk — Wood, Faux Leather Writing Surface and Five Drawers

An elegant writing desk with balanced proportions, inspired by the restrained aesthetic of the French Directoire style. Its clean lines, gently curved legs and warm wood tones give the piece a refined presence, equally suited to a traditional study or a contemporary interior furnished with distinctive pieces.
The rectangular top, surrounded by a wooden frame, features a grey-green faux leather insert with a decorative gold border, recalling the tradition of classic writing desks.
The front accommodates five drawers, arranged as three upper drawers and two lower side drawers, fitted with small metal knobs with a patinated finish. The central kneehole provides space for seating, while the finished back allows the desk to be positioned attractively in the centre of a room.
A versatile piece combining practical function with decorative appeal, ideal for a private study, library or writing corner.
