AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Beautiful sample of mordenite, originating from a single find in Sardinia, during the excavation of the foundations of a building. The crystals are acicular, as white as fresh snow, gathered together to form an immaculate carpet, and at the base they are about 15 mm long. Truly beautiful.
Photographed under intense light.
The sample is photographed under intense professional lighting, to best highlight details and color. Any slight variations in color tones depend on the settings of the device used and/or exposure to ambient or artificial light of different color temperatures.

Seller's Story
We have been collectors since 1972, present as exhibitors at the main mineral exhibitions in Italy and some European ones (Sainte-Marie-Aux-Mines, Monaco, etc.), where you can find us to get to know us in person, exchange opinions, talk about our beloved minerals and, should the auctions end close to an exhibition, deliver your samples directly.
All proposed minerals, unless otherwise specified, are photographed using a strong light source, to better show the colors and details of the sample.
If you buy multiple minerals in the same auction, we will ship them together and you will only pay the higher shipping costs.
