Description from the seller

Elegant Art Deco perfume bottle in Ouraline (uranium glass), attributed to Verreries de Scailmont (Belgium), dating from the period 1925-1935.

This model features a remarkable molded geometric decoration composed of vertical facets, interlaced lozenge motifs, and stylized rosettes, characteristic of the Belgian Art Deco aesthetic of the interwar period.

The bottle is kept with its original stopper perfectly matched, also decorated with three-dimensional geometric motifs.

In natural light, the glass shows a delicate pale green tint. Under UV light, it reveals an intense emerald-green fluorescence, characteristic of uranium glass (Ouraline), particularly sought after by collectors.

State of conservation

* Very good overall condition.
* No chips or cracks on the bottle body.
* Original stopper present and perfectly fitted.
* Small old flake located inside the rounded part of the stopper. This defect is invisible when the stopper is in place and does not affect the object’s aesthetics or presentation.
* Spectacular UV fluorescence.
