Description from the seller

2 Beautiful Laguiole Bougna pocket-knives

The handle of one knife is made of olive wood and the other handle of red padauk wood. The olive wood knife also has a corkscrew.
The total length is 21.5 cm with a 10 cm blade of stainless steel.

A spring with engraved decorations on the back of the handle, together with the famous Laguiole bee.
There is also the shepherd’s cross on the handle. This is said to be the emblem that, during their long treks across the countryside, enabled them to pray for the meal, with the knife stuck in the bread.

One knife is equipped with an olive wood handle with stainless steel bolsters, and also a corkscrew. The beautiful red padauk wood knife has brass bolsters. These knives have an elegant, sturdy and original design. The sharp, finely etched stainless steel blade is highly resistant to corrosion.

Both come with a leather belt pouch each.

Please note that there are no papers or a certificate with these knives. The knives are unused and thus as good as new.

Laguiole
The well-known knife from France originates as a beautiful functional foldable knife. Laguiole is not a brand name, but a reference to a French village. It was designed based on a Spanish pocket knife called navaja and a local French dagger called capuchadou.
