The spine with finely milled decorations on the back of the handle together with the famous Laguiole bee. Additionally, the shepherd's cross is on the handle. This is the symbol against which shepherds on their long journeys across the land could pray for their meal, with the knife stuck into the bread.

The handle of the knife is olive wood and has stainless steel bolsters. A special feature of olive wood is that the tree may only be used when it no longer yields olives. This is usually after about 100 years. This means that this beautiful knife is made from wood that is more than 100 years old. The pocket knife has a stylish and sleek design. Thanks to its slim profile, the knife sits comfortably in the hand.

The well-known knife from France is originally a beautiful functional pocket knife. Laguiole is not a brand name, but a reference to a small French village. It was designed with as inspiration a Spanish pocket knife called navaja and a locally French dagger called capuchadou.
