Antique vase attributed to Josef Riedel – emerald green glass with gold – triangular shape – H. 21 cm

Very beautiful antique vase dating from the 20th century around 1900-1910.
Original triangular shape with rounded corners, made of translucent emerald green glass. The vase is adorned on its various faces with an elegant vegetal and stylized floral motif, with garlands, foliage, scrolls and decorative friezes, enhanced with gilding.
Very striking effect when the vase is lit by light, which reveals the full depth of the green glass.
Dimensions: height 21 cm – width about 7 cm.
Very good overall condition for its age: no cracks or chips. Some traces of wear to the gilding and to the decoration in certain spots, perfectly visible in the photographs and consistent with the piece’s age.

Très beau vase ancien datant du  XXᵉ siècle vers 1900-1910. 
Originale forme triangulaire à angles arrondis, réalisée en verre vert émeraude translucide. Le vase est orné sur ses différentes faces d'un élégant décor végétal et floral stylisé, avec guirlandes, feuillages, rinceaux et frises décoratives, rehaussés de dorure.
Très bel effet lorsque le vase est traversé par la lumière, qui révèle toute la profondeur du verre vert.
Dimensions : hauteur 21 cm – largeur environ 7 cm.
Très bon état général pour son âge : aucun fêle ni égrenure. Quelques traces d’usure de la dorure et du décor à certains endroits, parfaitement visible sur les photographies et cohérente avec l'ancienneté de la pièce.
