DESCRIPTION
Vintage design pendant light from the 1960s-1970s, brass shade with a striking crystal bubble glass diffuser.
The lamp consists of a large gold-colored metal shade (white interior) with in the center a cylindrical crystal glass diffuser with a bubble texture. The glass protrudes above and below the shade and creates a beautiful play of light when illuminated, both upwards and downwards. A very decorative model often attributed to Dijkstra / Herda Lamps and in style consistent with the work of Hans Due and Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup.
In good original vintage condition:
• Shade with a light patina and light signs of wear
• Crystal glass intact, without cracks, with a beautiful bubble texture
• White ceiling canopy and white cord original, plastic cap with a small chunk missing
• Tested and fully working
