VACA PRECIOSA - Museum Edition
Artist Walter Trindade designed two cows for the CowParade in Belo Horizonte, Brazil in 2006. One of them, the figurine 'Vaca Preciosa', was added in 2012 to the 'Museum Edition' collection of CowParade. This collector's piece shows a standing cow wearing a kind of flashy silver, futuristic jacket. The artist has emphasized the different parts of the cow's body by using contrasting designs. Thus he painted the legs in varying shades using a stippling technique, while he provided the head, horns, udder and hooves with a smooth, glossy gold-colored paint. Although the exact meaning of this masterpiece by Walter Trindade is not known, it gives us all the freedom to assign our own interpretation!”} />'}
