Murano, glass decorative vase.
This elegant glass decorative vase with white spiral decoration has a pear-shaped body, a slender long neck, and a wide, flaring, dish-shaped rim. The fine light-grey glass threads stand out nicely against the deep dark, black-looking glass and give the vase an elegant movement.
The execution resembles blown art glass. The harmonious form and the refined thread decoration align with the tradition of Venetian glassware. An Italian origin, possibly Murano. The preserved round paper label unfortunately contains no clearly readable name.
The vase is 30 cm high,
with a body diameter of 13 cm,
a neck diameter of 3.8 cm
and a flaring rim of 9 cm.
Weight: 1200 g.
In the photos the vase appears well preserved, with no clearly visible major damages. An attractive decorative object, with a strong black-and-white contrast and an elegant design.
