This refined vintage letter opener signed Mida Argenti is a collector’s desk piece characterized by a sculptural and elegant design with a strong decorative impact:

• The handle: It is shaped like a snarling jaguar (or panther) head with open jaws. It is made in laminated silver with a finely repoussé mark, with sculptural details that capture the animal’s power and dynamism.

• The blade: It features a slender silhouette and is made of glossy black Bakelite, creating a pleasing contrast of lines in an Art Deco style, which provides a strong chromatic contrast with the shiny metal of the handle.
At the beginning of the blade you can see the small oval mark of Mida and the silver hallmark.
