This Special beer is brewed and bottled by Cantillon in Brussel

Sang-Bleu 2023

6%

Blend of Lambic and honeysuckle berries (or haskap berries).

For the past two years, we have been producing a small quantity of Lambic with maceration of camerises, a small fruit with a slightly sweet taste and lovely acidic notes.

Since the fruit of the honeysuckle produces a blood-red colored beer, the new name for this beer was an obvious choice: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has once again spoiled us with a beautiful label for this new product.

125 Year Gueuze
1 bottle
5,5%

A gueuze in honor of the 125th anniversary of Brouwerij Cantillon.

For this gueuze in honor of the 125th anniversary of Brouwerij Cantillon, we drew inspiration from lambics from over a century ago. The proportion of raw wheat was higher then than the current 35%. The Geuze 125 is crafted based on lambic brewed on 27/12/2017 with 50% raw wheat and 50% malted barley, and bottled on 10/12/2021. Best consumed within 20 years of the bottling date.

Lou Pepe 2020

5%

Blend of Schaarbeek cherries (300 grams per liter) with two-year-old Lambic.

Balanced and very fruity character beer.

Ashanti 2024
1 bottle
5.5%

We are delighted to introduce Ashanti Lambic, the newest product in the Cantillon range.

This is the little sister of Zwanze 2022, Lambic with Gorilla Pepper.

The same recipe, the same pepper, but slightly more focused on the lambic flavor compared to the first blend.

The spicy, fruity, and naturally peppery taste is still strongly present and harmonizes perfectly with the natural power of the Cantillon Lambic.

50°N - 4°E 2020

Blend of Lambic brewed on November 30 and December 6, 2016, aged in Cognac casks and bottled in 2020.

This unique Gueuze is a collaboration between the Cantillon Brewery and Cognac Grosperrin.
