Description from the seller
Auerhahn-OKA / SFAM (Orfèvrerie de Chambly) / Others – Silver-Plated Cutlery Set for 12, Chinon / Fiddle & Thread Style, 1960s–1970s
A magnificent and timeless composite silver-plated flatware set in the elegant Chinon / Fiddle & Thread style, presented in its original canteen box.
The set consists of pieces by different makers, including Auerhahn-OKA (Otto Kaltenbach), Orfevrerie de Chambly -S.F.A.M and Metal Blanc. Please examine all photos carefully to assess the makers, markings, condition and overall appearance for yourself.
Please note. Auerhahn acquired OKA (Otto Kaltenbach) in 1967, bringing both companies under the same ownership. Auerhahn may have continued distributing OKA products into the late 1960s and early 1970s, but essentially, OKA became part of Auerhahn in 1967.

Condition

The cutlery has been cleaned and is ready for immediate use.
The pieces have not been represented as a matching set from a single manufacturer; this is a carefully assembled composite set consisting of pieces from different makers.
The canteen box is in very good overall condition and is free from unpleasant or musty odours. There are signs of age and normal use.
