Igene - Farrow & Jackson - Cocktail shaker - Silverplated

An Art Deco style cocktail shaker with side handles and a pouring spout, dating from the 1920s and 1930s. This shape is often referred to as a "coffee pot" or "pouring" type shaker.
It has a hidden ice compartment (the bottom can be unscrewed to store separate ice).
This unique structure was created and patented by the English company Farrow & Jackson in the 1920s and 1930s (full patent number: Patent 256156/26).
The silver plating is in good condition for its age and there are no dents. The thread is perfect on the bottom.
