【What is a Mystery Box?】
A Mystery Box is a product containing a variety of cards, backed by specific guarantees.
While the contents remain a mystery until opened, every box is guaranteed to include at least one card with a "PSA 10" grade.

【Guarantees】
- Every box contains at least one Pokémon card graded as PSA 10 (Gem Mint).
- Includes only Japanese-language cards.
- Minimum guaranteed market value: 35 EUR (based on the Japanese market price at the time of packing; this accounts for acquisition costs and other expenses, factoring in market rates—such as those found on eBay or PSA—plus international shipping and additional overhead).

★The specific cards (characters, rarity, era, set, artwork, etc.) are selected at random.
Every box meets the guarantee criteria mentioned above.

Tier (Probability): Market Value Range
1:1 – Equivalent to 35 EUR (Guaranteed Minimum)
1:15 – 40 to 200 EUR
1:40 – 200 to 1,500 EUR
1:80 – 1,500 to 4,000 EUR
1:180 – 4,000 to 8,000 EUR
1:400 – 12,000 to 20,000 EUR

[Regarding Valuation]
- Card values ​​are based on market prices in Japan and globally.
- Personal preferences or subjective evaluations are not taken into account.
- Fluctuations in exchange rates or changes in market value after the items have been packed are not reflected in the guaranteed value ranges.
- Costs incurred in acquiring the cards are also factored into their market value.

[Regarding Packaging]
All boxes are shrink-wrapped.
Additionally, a tamper-evident seal is applied to verify authenticity. To ensure fairness, the contents are packed randomly.

[Regarding Shipping]
Shipping Methods: FedEx / DHL / Japan Post / International Parcel Service
Dispatch Time: Items will be shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
*Excludes weekends, public holidays, the Obon holiday period, and the year-end/New Year holiday period.
Cards are securely packed using materials suitable for collectors (such as sleeves, top loaders, and protective cushioning).

Import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These may be charged by local authorities upon delivery, and any costs associated with importation are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please refer to our store policy regarding combined shipping.
Conditions for combined shipping:
1. The item must be marked as "eligible for combined shipping" in the auction listing. 2. The item must not have been shipped yet (this excludes delays in receiving a tracking number).
3. The item must have been won within 3 days of the auction’s end.

Regarding refunds for combined shipping:
If combined shipping is possible, a refund of 4.50 EUR per item will be issued.
Refunds can only be processed before the payment transaction is finalized.
Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
The difference between the actual shipping cost and the amount paid covers packaging and labor costs.
