This is an antique religious figurine of the Virgin Mary (often Vieux Paris porcelain) under a glass dome, surrounded by a decorative fabric flower-and-leaf arch from the 19th century.


• The figurine: A porcelain Virgin Mary figurine (often in the Vieux Paris style from the second half of the 19th century).
• The arch: A wire framework adorned with fabric or silk autumn/wedding flowers and leaves (often used as a devotion- or wedding item in the 19th century).
• The base and dome: Stands on a wooden pedestal (sometimes inlaid with wood) and originally belonged under a hand-blown glass dome.
