Pair of silver-plated Crown candlesticks designed by Jens H. Magnificent pair of iconic Mid-Century Modern candelabra, model “CROWN” (corona).
They were designed by the great Danish designer Jens Harald Quistgaard (1919-2008) for the famous “Design With Light” series from the house Dansk Designs.
Each piece features a geometrical crown-like structure of great finesse, incorporating 12 slender receptacles designed to hold very fine taper candles (tiny taper-type candles). Once adorned with its candles, the ensemble forms a true sculpture of light, minimalist and spectacular.
