Lalique France - René Lalique (1860-1945) - Vase - Model 10-915 - Glass - Saint-Tropez

Stylish Art Deco shaped and matte/satin-finished pressed glass vase designed by René Lalique and decorated with stylized mimosa branches, leaves and fruit in relief; this example dates from post-war times and probably from the 1940s.

It specifically concerns the well-known model "Saint-Tropez" (model number 10-915), originally designed in 1937 during the Art Deco period.

Bottom acid-etched "LALIQUE France".

Note: light signs of wear on the underside and a small glass defect on the upper rim; this is not a chip but an imperfection in the glass (see photos 9 and 10).

Furthermore the vase is in good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
