Elegant two-pour set (one large coffee pot and a matching teapot) in high-quality silvered metal, with a refined Louis XVI style.
This set comes from the workshops of the prestigious Maison Apollo, under the direction of Paris silversmith Vital Hygonnet (brand active from 1895 in Saint-Ouen/Paris).

• Stylistic features: Careful decoration highlighted by fine beaded friezes around the collar and belt. The foliated bases rest on four curved feet in volutes. The chased handles incorporate original insulating rings to protect from heat during service.

• Hallmarks under the base:
• Nominative mark "APOLLO"
• Master mark "VH" with the sleeping lion symbol (Vital Hygonnet)
• Number "30" guaranteeing high-quality silver content (30g).

• Condition: Very good overall for their age. The silver plating remains very bright, with no loss of silver. Some micro-scratches from normal use. The interior shows traces of natural oxidation due to use.
