Description from the seller
Wedgwood Stratford lidded bowls
Detailed footed execution, with ram's head handles on the bowls and an acorn handle on the lids
The offering consists of:
- a lidded bowl of approx. 20 cm diameter, height approx. 15 cm
- a lidded bowl of approx. 18 cm diameter, height approx. 15 cm
The Wedgwood Stratford was produced from 1945–1996. It is a variant of the iconic English Wedgwood Edme dinnerware, designed by John Goodwin in 1908. It features a decorative wreath of green vines.
Unique, as it has not been in production since the 1990s, thus rare, especially in this excellent condition. Inspected and guaranteed to be undamaged.
Elsewhere at the auction we also offer other Wedgwood Stratford dinnerware.
Carefully packaged and insured for shipping.
We are experienced in packing and sending fragile dinnerware, also outside the Netherlands.
