Vintage industrial atelier/office chair from Ahrend de Cirkel, 1950s/60s. As seen in the detail photo of the adjustment knob with the embossed logo "AHREND DE CIRKEL".
Classic Dutch workshop chair with a seat and back in bent beech plywood, on a light-gray lacquered steel four-star base with gray glides. Fully height-adjustable and with an adjustable backrest, both via the original knobs. Swivel.
Condition: Original vintage condition with patina. Plywood shells with signs of use, scratches and light discoloration. Steel frame with paint loss and flaking, especially on the base and the knobs, see photos. This is not restored and is offered as-is on purpose. Technically, the height adjustment and back adjustment function. No cracks in wood. Photos are part of the description. Shape has not been altered, scratches have not been concealed.
Dimensions: Seat height adjustable to approximately 45-60 cm.
