Handmade Moroccan thuya wood coasters – set of 6 + holder – unique & luxurious!
Sell this beautiful set of 6 handmade coasters made from real Moroccan thuya wood (also called thuja or arar wood). Made by artisans in Morocco from the rare root wood with the characteristic swirling burl patterns – each piece is unique, with warm brown/reddish tones and intriguing grains. No two coasters are the same!
The wood smells wonderfully natural of cedar/aromatic wood due to its own oils – adds a subtle, pleasant scent to your living room. They feel solid and luxurious, protect your table from heat, moisture and rings, and look fantastic on a coffee table, dining table or desk.
Includes a beautiful wooden holder in which they stack neatly – super handy and decorative!
Care tips for your Thuja wood:
- Use mild beeswax or natural oil polish (no silicones/petroleum).
- Apply a small amount with a soft cloth, rub in lightly.
- Wipe afterwards with a clean cloth for shine.
- This preserves the natural fragrance and the beautiful burl pattern.
