"BOTTLE OF MR. GUNTER'S WATER"

Made by Javier Calleja, inspired by his beloved cat Gunter, on the occasion of his exhibition "MR. GUNTER THE CAT SHOW" at Paruca Museum Tokyo in 2022.

It is a sculpture in a limited edition of 1,000 copies, miniature version of the sculpture "Mr Gunter".

Created in collaboration between Estudio Calleja and Metro Nanzuka Gallery of Tokyo.

It was also marketed by CICA Vancouver, from which it passed to its current owner.

Condition: like new, never used.

Stored in its original, intact box; the external packaging in which it came from the origin is also preserved.

JAVIER CALLEJA
Málaga, 1971) is a renowned Spanish contemporary artist, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Granada in 2000.

His work is notable for a figurative style with Pop and kawaii aesthetics, characterized by characters with expressive eyes and ironic messages that span painting, drawing, and sculpture.

He has built a massive international presence with solo and group exhibitions in galleries and museums in cities such as Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, Paris, and Madrid.
