Description from the seller
The TEAC A-2340SX is a legendary 4-channel quadraphonic reel-to-reel tape recorder, manufactured in Japan between 1976 and 1981. The model is best known for its "Simul-Sync" functionality, which allowed musicians—during the early days of the home studio revolution—to record audio track-by-track (multitrack) while maintaining synchronization.
