Description from the seller
The Technics SH-8015 is a stereo graphic equalizer, manufactured in Japan by Matsushita Electric (circa 1982–1984). The model hails from a popular Technics era and is designed to adjust the tonal color of an audio system with utmost precision to the acoustics of the listening room or personal preferences.
The equalizer features 5 frequency bands per channel (63 Hz, 250 Hz, 1 kHz, 4 kHz and 16 kHz) with an adjustable range of ±12 dB per band. The sliders are equipped with integrated red LED indicators, which provide a clear view of the set frequency curve both in the dark and in daylight. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a tape-monitor circuit and a bypass/EQ switch for direct comparison with the uncorrected source signal.
The unit is sold as a standalone equalizer.
Condition:
Nice vintage condition with normal, light signs of use consistent with age on the front and top. The unit has been technically tested; all sliders, LED indicators and signal switches function properly.
