Description from the seller

Provenance: Abidjan, Ivory Coast
Period: Late 20th century – Technique: Lost-wax casting, brown patina

Figurative sculpture in bronze depicting a man walking, carrying a long pole resting on his shoulders, from which hang a fish and a basket. The modeling is expressive, typical of Abidjan workshops, with careful work on the volumes and a warm and uniform patina.
Solid bronze, natural patina.

Good overall condition. Regular patina, slight traces of oxidation consistent with age. No visible structural defects.
