Two bottles of CdP from Domaine Prefert from the year 2005.
The cuvée, according to Jeb Dunnuck, consists of 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvèdre from small parcels in the Serres and Cristia sites.
The style is robust and fleshy: dark fruits, spice and smoked meat, chocolate, tapenade and Garrigue, with a full, powerful body.
The drinking window is now and for another 2-3 years.
