Description from the seller
Very beautiful and well-running Citroën 2CV6 Club, built in 1985, and it will be delivered with a brand-new MOT (!) It concerns an original 2CV that was new in the Netherlands. Of course with the famous 2-cylinder boxer engine, with its characteristic sound, its delightful suspension, distinctive gearshift, lots of nice details and its folding sunroof. That makes you step out every time with a big smile!
EXTERIOR:
The car has hardly any signs of use, which isn’t surprising after 41 years; it was originally black (Noir AC200) and was professionally wrapped a few years ago in this original red color, for connoisseurs“Rouge Vallelunga” color, AC 448 color code, a very beautiful shade that is also period-correct. Quite a nice combination, interior newly black Skai, Club trim. The car looks great. The roof is in neat used condition, and very easy to open and close. It has a new galvanized chassis and the bodywork has been professionally addressed where needed, new floor parts, sills, seat belt anchors, footwell. Many new chrome parts have also been added, moldings, etc. It can go for many more years.
TECHNICAL:
In 2024 the car was extensively overhauled, also technically. A new battery was installed. Since then it has been hardly used. A real bargain to go out and drive a technically excellent 2CV!
INTERIOR:
The car is equipped with a very neat black Skai interior, the floor mats are also in very good condition, as are the door panels; they look very good.
DOCUMENTS:
This 2CV was delivered new in the Netherlands in 1985, and therefore has Dutch registration.
This beautiful car can be delivered at an additional EUR 50 with EU export papers, so that a foreign new owner can easily register it in his/her country.
If desired, the car can be supplied with a COC / CVO conformity certificate, at an additional EUR 70.
TRANSPORT:
The car is located in Hengevelde, Netherlands and can of course be picked up here. The car can be delivered within the Netherlands for an additional charge (excluding the Wadden Islands).
The seller can have the car delivered relatively cheaply across the EU by a professional carrier.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
